Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If you cancel your order in time, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Return Information
Reasons for Return:
We accept returns for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Process:
Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Please follow the return instructions provided via email to send the item to the specified address.
Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.
Cost Information:
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for a $10 return shipping fee unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product).
Refund Processing: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.
Exchange Information
Reasons for Exchange:
We accept exchanges for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Process:
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Follow the instructions provided via email to return the item to the specified address.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send you a replacement of equal value.
Cost Information:
Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for a $10 shipping fee unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).

All refunds will be processed minus a $10 shipping fee, unless the return is due to our error.
Only one exchange per item is allowed. You may choose either one exchange or a full refund.
